Subject(s): Abstract: Syfte och mål: För att möta ett stort behov av digitalisering av luftrummet och skapa en hållbar transportförmåga, kommer projekt Tb Air Mobility skapa en digital infrastruktur för att möjliggöra autonom flygning av UAV:er. Projektet ska etablera en öppen testbädd för forskning, utveckling samt test och demo för autonom flygning och bygger på det tidigare projektet Tb Autonom Flygplats. Testbädden ska integreras mot det konventionella flygledningssystemet och använda den senaste teknologin för identifiering och positionering av UAV:er och förhålla sig till U-space Drone Strategy 2.0. Förväntade effekter och resultat: Projektet kommer att skapa en öppen testbädd för extern användning, exv SME, akademi och myndigheter. Testbädden är digital, molnbaserad och tjänsterna kommer att nås via portal. Projektet kommer även att skapa förutsättningar för infrastruktur för integration av ATM och U-space genom att utveckla en ny funktionalitet för ATM-systemet. De fysiska UAV:erna kommer att använda sig av den senaste 5G-tekniken för identifiering och positionering. Vidare kommer studier inom regelverk och säkerhet att utföras och nära arbete med Transportstyrelsen att ske för utveckling av regelverk. Upplägg och genomförande: I projektet kommer Saab, Ericsson, RISE, Linköpings Universitet, Luftfartsverket, ACR samt Swedavia att delta. Varje part kommer att delta med sin kunskap, erfarenhet samt modeller, verktyg och system. Den infrastruktur som skapade i Tb Autonom Flygplats kommer parterna att bygga vidare på genom utvecklad funktionalitet och interface mellan de olika systemen så att de tillsammans bildar en användbar testbädd. Furthermore, studies in regulations and safety will be carried out and close work with the Transportstyrelsen will take place for the development of regulations. Each party will participate with its knowledge, experience as well as models, tools, and systems. The infrastructure created in Tb Autonom Flygplats will be built on by the parties through developed functionality and interfaces between the various systems. The parties will work both separately in their respective systems and environments as well as together in WS, tests and demo flights with a common interface.
