Abstract: I dagsläget finns en brist på kunskap om vilka effekter och kostnader olika typer av steg 1 och 2-åtgärder har. Detta blir ofta ett hinder för att använda dessa generellt kostnadseffektiva åtgärder i sammanhang då mer traditionella och dyrare fysiska åtgärder (steg 3 och 4) har välbekanta och väldokumenterade skattningar. Detta projekt syftar till att sammanställa kunskap och rekommendationer om utvärderingsmetoder av effektsamband för steg 1 och 2 åtgärder, samt identifiera möjliga effektsamband att studera i ett antal pilotstudier inom ett större forskningsprojekt. Metoden består av en litteraturstudie och en workshop.Abstract: At present, there is a lack of knowledge about the effects and costs of different types of step 1 and 2 measures. This often becomes an obstacle to using these generally cost-effective measures in contexts as more traditional and more expensive physical measures (steps 3 and 4) have familiar and well-documented estimates. This project aims to compile knowledge and recommendations on evaluation methods of effect relationships for step 1 and 2 measures, as well as identify possible effect relationships to study in a number of pilot studies within a major research project. The method consists of a literature study and a workshop.
