Subject(s): Abstract: Inom bygg- och anläggningssektorn har en färdplan för fossilfri konkurrenskraft tagits fram. För att kunna avgöra om utsläppen från infrastrukturbyggande går i rätt riktning och för att kunna följa upp mot färdplanens delmål behöver sektorns totala utsläpp följas upp, något som inte görs idag. Syftet med detta projekt är att i fas 1 undersöka och ta fram en kravspecifikation för hur mätning och uppföljning av anläggningssektorns totala utsläpp på nationell nivå bör gå till, vilka avgränsningar och system som bör användas och hur branschens aktörer bör samverka för att få det att fungera. I fas 2 kommer sedan en metod för mätning och uppföljning att utvecklas, testas och implementeras baserat på den framtagna kravspecifikationen.Abstract: The Swedish construction industry has developed a roadmap for fossil free competitiveness, including the long-term target of climate neutrality in 2045. To evaluate the targets in the roadmap the total emissions within the sector need to be followed up. This is not done today. The aim of this project’s first phase is to study circumstances for and develop a specification of how the emissions from infrastructure, on a national level, should be measured and followed up and by whom. This includes defining the system boundaries, systems to be used and outlining what needs to be developed to make it work in terms of cooperation. In the next phase the method for measurement according to this specification will be developed, tested and implemented.
