Abstract: Syftet med projekt ”CoClass och LOD” är att verifiera att CoClass stödjer informationsbehovet och ett obrutet informationsflöde under alla skeden av ett byggnadsverks livscykel. Det nya klassifikationssystemet syftar till att överbrygga informationsglappen under bygg- samt förvaltningsprocessens alla faser: kravställning, programskrivning, projektering, produktion, förvaltning och rivning.Genom en fallstudie av ett komplext projekt blir det möjligt att simulera hela behovet och utbytet av information i gränssnittet mellan olika byggnadsverk och dess medverkande aktörer. Projektet ska identifiera vilka aktiviteter och egenskaper som behövs för varje skede (livscykelsteg) i processen för olika aktörer, till exempel infrastrukturförvaltare, fastighetsförvaltare och marknadsaktörer. På det sättet kan man verifiera att CoClass innehåller samtliga platshållare för information – klasser, egenskaper och aktiviteter – som krävs för att lagra och hantera information kring ett antal utvalda delprocesser: kravhantering, kalkyl, inköp, planering, förvaltning med flera. Abstract: The purpose of project ”CoClass and LOD” is to verify that CoClass supports the need of information and the uninterrupted exchange of information thoughout the lifecycle of a construction entity. The new classification system aims to overlap the information gaps through all the faces of the construction- and maintenance process; planning, design, production, maintenenace and destruction. By studying a complex project it will be possible to simulate the need of information and the exchange of information across separate construction entities and along its participating parties. The project will identify the activities and attributes needed for each face (step of the life cycle) for the participating parties. Thus it will be possible to verify that CoClass contains the placeholders for information - objects, attributes and activities - that are required to be able to store and handle information in selected parts of the process: handling of requirements, calculation, procurement, planning, maintenenance etc.
