Abstract: Projektet syftar till att skapa en plattform för att möjliggöra vidare utveckling av applikationer som kan medföra att sektorn kan arbeta mer digitalt. Ett mindre antal applikationer kommer att utvecklas inom ramen för projektet för att visa på möjligheterna med öppen data. Plattformen kommer initialt att fyllas med begrepp, processer och metoder baserade på best praxis idag. Innehållet ska definieras på ett sätt så att informationen kan användas av programutvecklare. Plattformen ska byggas så att sektorn även efter avslutat projekt ska kunna påverka innehållet och addera förbättringar. ”Nationella riktlinjer” ska innefatta definitioner av digitala objekt och leveransbeskrivningar som är anpassade för det aktuella skedet och syftet: för kartering, för fysisk samhällsplanering, för projektering, för produktion, för förvaltning och till slut för rivning och återvinning. Riktlinjerna ska utgöra en digital publikation tillsammans med verktyg som stöder användningen. Projektet ska utgöra plattform för övriga delprojekt, dvs resultat av dem ska inarbetas i de samlade rekommendationerna.Abstract: The project aims at creating a digital platform to enable further development of applications that can lead the sector to work more digitally. A smaller number of applications will be developed within the framework of the project to demonstrate the possibilities of open data. The platform will initially be filled with concepts, processes and methods based on best practice today. Content will be defined in such a way that the information can be used by software developers. The digital platform is going to be built so that the sector can also contribute to the content and add improvements after completion of project. "National Guidelines" is going to include definitions of digital objects and delivery descriptions that are appropriate for the current stage and purpose: for mapping, for physical planning, for design, for production, for management and ultimately for demolition and recycling. The guidelines will compose a digital publication together with tools that support the use. The project will compose the platform for other subprojects, i.e. the results of these will be incorporated into the overall recommendations.
