Subject(s): Abstract: Projektet syftar till att ta fram styrmedel som offentliga aktörer kan tillämpa för att främja området delad mobilitet. Med delad mobilitet avses fordon med flera användare, inklusive kollektivtrafik. Genom dokumentanalyser, komparativa fallstudier och workshops ska nya styrmedel utvecklas som kan främja delade mobilitetstjänster och tillvara energieffektiviseringsvinsterna av mobilitetstjänster.Abstract: Autonomous vehicles, internet of things and the sharing economy will change the way we travel in the coming decades. Smart Mobility is an umbrella term describing these changes. Smart Mobility can lead to gains in energy-efficiency, but it can also lead to an increased demand for individual car transport and be less energy-efficient. Research shows that the key for achieving efficiency gains in this context, is the proportion of Shared Mobility. Shared Mobility refers to vehicles shared among several users, and the growth of digital technology has made it possible to do this on a larger scale. However, there is a lack of knowledge about the governance tools that public institutions can use to govern towards a higher proportion of Shared Mobility. The purpose of this project is to develop such tools. Through document analysis, case studies and workshops, we will develop governance tools that can increase the use of Shared Mobility in a future of Smart Mobility.
