Subject(s): Abstract: Projektet syftar till att skapa processer och redskap som garanterar att svensktillverkade elhybridfordon uppfyller säkerhets- och tillförlitlighetskrav inom områdena elektromagnetisk förenlighet (EMC) och elektromagnetiska fält (EMF) och elsäkerhet. Projektet kommer att fokusera på framtagning av krav och specifikationer, identifiering av störkällor och kopplingsvägar, identifiering av risker för elchock och brand, framtagning av designregler, tidig verifiering genom modellering och simulering, testspecifikationer och testmetodik.Abstract: The object of the project is to develop processes and tools that enables hybrid electric vehicles developed in Sweden to comply with essential requirement on safety and reliability. The project will deal with EMC, EMF (magnetic fields) and safety. The existing rules and requirements are based on e.g. the requirements in industrial environments. Vehicles differ in demands on performance, weight, volume and environment. This will affect safety and reliability. Specifications and the development process need consequently to be adjusted. Rules give the framework but customer acceptance might sharpen specifications, especially for EMC and EMF. The project will deal with: - Development of relevant requirements and specifications, - identification of disturbance source and coupling paths, - identification of safety hazards, - development of design rules and guidelines, - early verification through modelling and simulation, - development of test methods and specifications.
