Abstract: Regeringen har gett 18 statliga myndigheter i uppdrag att öka sin användning av resfria möten. Projektets övergripande mål var att ta fram och utveckla indikatorer och allmänt tillämpbara rapporteringsrutiner, för kontinuerlig uppföljning av resefria möten inom dessa myndigheter. Projektet syftade också till att genomföra en konsekvensanalys baserat på de framtagna indikatorerna och att beräkna energieffektiviseringspotentialen mätt i kWh.Abstract: The government has mandated 14 state agencies to increase their use of virtual meetings in order to reduce the environmental impact of work-related travel. The authorities must also report the extent of their use of virtual meetings as well as the effects thereof to the Swedish EPA. The proposed research project aims to develop a framework for evaluating and monitoring the effects that these meetings may entail, including their impact on work related travel, use of energy, as well as their environmental implications. Using this framework, the goal is to develop a credible and applicable routine for reporting of virtual meetings and their consequences.
