Abstract: Nya tjänster inom ramen för kooperativa system är under deployment. På basis av en förstudie avses genomföras en pilot med nya tjänster.
Idag har några av dessa tjänster testats och utvärderats - även i Tyskland med CoCar som bra exempel, men det saknas kedja av intressenter som möjliggör operativa tjänster för eCall, bil till bil infoutbyte. Exempel på intressenter är fordonsindustrin, telekommunikationsindustrin, väghållaren.
Piloten ska innehålla hela kedjan av intressenter, en affärsmodell som håller samt en utvärdering.Abstract: New services for cooperative systems are promoted via ITS Action Plan and other institutes for urgent deployment.
On the basis of a prestudy pilots are to be executed for a bunch of services - much built upon the experiences of CoCar - a German study. The situation bewteen the countries are different, there are different stakeholders, business models differ etc. why the pilot must have the whole chain of partners involved.
To enable the pilots (V2V, V2I) examples of stakeholders are identified. Vehicle industry, telecom industry, road authorities etc evaluating business model and evaluation is planned.
