Subject(s): Abstract: Det förslag till innovationsystem som vi vill utveckla i idépromemorian består av en ´rörlig´ kunskapsplattform. Med det menas att plattformen ständigt fylls på med ny kunskap, som löpande implementeras i verkligheten. De åtgärder som införs utvärderas löpande och kunskapen förs tillbaka till kunskapsplattformen för att påverka både befintliga åtgärder och forskningen för nya åtgärder. Genom att skapa ett innovationssystem som systematiskt underlättar framtagande, implementering och återföring av kunskap skapas bättre möjlighet att åstadkomma den sorts språng som krävs för at åstadkomma de snabba förändringar som fordras inom transportsystemet för ökad hållbarhet.Abstract: The aim is to present a proposal (promemoria) that analyses and presents possibilities to develop a platform for the process to produce, implement and reuse knowledge about sustainable transport systems. The objective is to deliver a forward-looking proposal for that kind of innovation system. The innovation system proposal consists of an ´mobile´ platform of knowledge. That means a platform that continuously feeds with new knowledge. The knowledge are implemented and used in practice (also continuously). Implemented measures are evaluated and the new knowledge (experiences) returns to the platform to influence both existing measures and the research about new measures. Through an innovation system that systematically support the process to produce, implement and reuse knowledge about sustainable transport systems, there will be important new possibilities to achieve the leaps that are necessary to get the shift towards a more sustainable transport system.
